What is your cleaning process?
  1. Disinfecting with Industry-Leading Cleaners
    We use top-grade disinfectants proven to kill 99% of bacteria and viruses, ensuring that your bounce house is as safe as it is fun. We target every surface, focusing on high-touch areas, and follow strict protocols to ensure comprehensive cleaning.

  2. Sunlight Exposure for Natural Disinfection
    After cleaning, each unit is left fully set up in direct sunlight for several hours. UV rays from the sun help naturally disinfect the surface by damaging the DNA and RNA of harmful microorganisms, preventing them from reproducing and spreading.

  3. A Safe & Thorough Approach
    We combine the power of UV light and professional-grade disinfectants to provide a dual layer of protection, ensuring your bounce house is as clean and safe as possible for everyone who enjoys it.

Are your inflatables safe?

Yes! At Galaxy Dream Jumpers, safety is our top priority. All of our inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and secured before every event. We follow strict safety guidelines to ensure kids can bounce, jump, and play with peace of mind. Our team is trained to set up each unit correctly, and we provide clear safety instructions for parents and kids alike.

How do I book a rental?

You can reserve with a $25 non-refundable deposit (via Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal). The remaining balance is due at delivery before setup.

Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely. Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included in your rental price (within our service area). We make sure everything is safe and ready before we leave.
What surface can the bounce house/waterslide be set up on?
Grass is best, but we can also set up on concrete or pavement. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or uneven ground.
Do I need to provide power?
Yes, each inflatable needs a standard electrical outlet within 50–75 feet. If you don’t have one nearby, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?


Safety is our top priority. If the weather looks unsafe (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), we may need to cancel or reschedule. We’ll work with you on a rain check or refund policy.

Can I cancel a reservation?

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we do offer rain checks that can be used toward a future rental.

How long is the rental period?

Currently our rentals get dropped off in the mornings and picked up the following morning. This does not mean you get a full 24hrs. The time just depends on how our routes line up.
